Yes, it’s finally up.
The new exhibit for the ArtC Gallery at Shore Medical Center was hung on Thursday and it looks great. The gallery is a partnership with ArtC, the Noyes Museum of Art and Shore Medical Center in Somers Point. We are very fortunate to have Ocean City mixed media artist John Harris, Ventnor City painter Michael Waters, Millville photographer Dave Woeller and West Cape May watercolorist Anna Marie Zabielski as our featured artists. And the good news is it will be up for the next six months.
Once again, I would like to thank Shore Medical Center’s Abby Crafts for supporting this project and Mike Cagno, director of the Noyes Museum of Art, for his skills at presenting the artwork and organizing the gallery. Also, a special thanks to Mary Cantone, director of the William Ris Gallery in Stone Harbor, for her invaluable advice in helping select some the artists.
The exhibit consists of twenty-five eclectic pieces and all are for sale, with part of the commission going to the Shore Medical Center Foundation.
The gallery is actually the second floor entrance/lobby of the new medical pavilion on Brighton Avenue and is accessible from the parking garage walkway or the main entrance. It’s open to the public.
