ArtC is an ambitious project. The goals are many and we know we’ve only scratched the surface of what we want and intend to accomplish. However, professionally and creatively promoting the artists of south Jersey is, and always will be, our top priority. Besides our website, one of the ways we can do that is through magazine features. Our first story, on metal sculptor Bill Clark, is appearing in the current issue of
New Jersey Lifestyle Magazine.
The magazine isn’t available at newsstands, it’s mailed directly to select households throughout south Jersey. If you don’t receive the magazine and wish to read the article on Bill Clark, please click here to download a pdf version. It’s best viewed with Acrobat Reader using the two-up option.
The story was written by Sterling Brown, a frequent contributor to New Jersey Lifestyle and a former staff writer for Envision Arts Magazine. His style is unique, just like the artists we intend to profile. Our next story will be on North Cape May painter Victor Grasso and it will be written by Sal Emma, another talented south Jersey writer and ArtC staffer. And some of this area’s best commercial and editorial photographers have offered to provide images for future features. How cool is that?
I want to thank everyone who has encouraged us and supported ArtC these past few months. We will continue to do whatever we can to deserve it. Thanks for listening.
